Thanks to The Cowan Foundation and their financial support over the next three years Strong Start® has become more of a reality for young students in the Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk Regions.
Pictured below, is Bob Herron, Branch Manager, Cowan Insurance Group’s Brantford office, presenting a cheque on behalf of The Cowan Foundation. Bob Herron shares this, “Cowan is very pleased to support this early learning literacy program offered through Strong Start®. All young children should be given every chance to grow and develop literacy skills at an early age. We are excited to participate in the program expansion into the Brant, Haldimand and Norfolk Regions because we believe it has the potential to assist the children, their families and the community overall.”
The Cowan Foundation is a charitable foundation that was activated in 1995 in honour of Frank Cowan, the company founder. The Foundation exists because of the success of the Cowan Group of Companies including Cowan Insurance Group, Frank Cowan Company, the Guarantee Company of North America and Millennium Credit Risk Management.
