Caitlin Smith

Caitlin has been with Strong Start since 2015 and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and supporting all areas of the organization. She is also the project manager for SiTE SOURCE™, Strong Start’s proprietary database, and leads major technology projects within the organization. With an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University, Caitlin is passionate about process improvement, leadership and communications. She has over seven years of experience working for BlackBerry in R&D and Corporate Marketing. Caitlin is a graduate of the Leadership Waterloo Region Core program and is also a Volunteer Coach for Strong Start’s Letters, Sounds and Words™ program. Caitlin serves as a Senator on the Wilfrid Laurier University Senate and a Board Member on the Wilfrid Laurier University Alumni Association. She is an active member of MacKay CEO Forums and a past member of the Parent Involvement Committee for the Waterloo Region District School Board.
