Program Revisions & Refresher Training Schedule

We are pleased to announce the completion of revisions to our Letters, Sounds and Words™ program, ensuring maximum alignment with the Science of Reading and the Ontario Language Curriculum 2023. The program has also undergone an evaluation from an Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) perspective.

Starting in Fall 2024, all schools running the Letters, Sounds and Words program will implement the updated version, which includes many revised games and activities including, strand manuals, and supporting resources.

In light of these exciting enhancements, we are offering a special Revisions & Refresher Training for Volunteer Coaches who were trained prior to September 2024. While this training is not required, we highly recommend it to prepare you for your next round of Volunteer Coaching.
