Once again Heffner Motors Ltd. has demonstrated its leadership in this community by investing in the young child. Their support for the Strong Start® Literacy project for the 2008-09 school year helps to ensure that all children learn to read. The Heffner Team understands that literacy skills are the strongest indicator of a child’s future success in life and that the percentage of the population that reads at an acceptable level is a great predictor of the success of a community in maintaining economic growth and an excellent quality of life.
