Carpenters and Joiners – Building Community
The members of Local 785 of the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America have demonstrated, once again, they are community builders. Local 785 has joined the growing family of Strong Start® supporters who wish to send the message to the children of Waterloo Region that learning is important. Duane Fischer, Business Manager and Stephen Hoy, Vice President of Local 785 presented a cheque to Strong Start® at the graduation celebrations at St. Daniel Catholic School in Kitchener.
