A Ray of Sun…shine for Strong Start®
Sun Life Financial has donated $500 to Strong Start® thanks to Carol Cook, a Strong Start® 
Trainer, an energetic volunteer in her community and an employee of Sun Life.
Sun Life Financial, like Strong Start®, believes in promoting strong communities. It does this by encouraging its employees to seek out volunteer opportunities that enrich the quality of life for both the 
community and the employee. In recognition of the person’s many volunteer hours contributed, Sun Life donates to the organization selected by their employee.
Thanks to Carol, Sun Life’s donation to the Strong Start® Charitable Foundation will help ensure our literacy program continues to make a difference in the lives of many children.
